Ingredients (for 3 pax)
- 2 cups rice
- Butterfly pea flowers
- 200g fried chicken
- 2 salted eggs
- 100g kerisik
- Fresh herbs (daun kesum, mint)
- 2 tbsp budu sauce
- Sliced cucumber
Instructions

Cook rice with butterfly pea flowers until naturally blue.

Prepare kerisik by toasting and grinding grated coconut.

Arrange rice on a plate surrounded by herbs, cucumber, and kerisik.

Top with fried chicken and halved salted eggs.
